The research

Why rosemary?

Rosemary has been used on hair for centuries, and modern research is catching up. In a 2015 randomised trial, people applying rosemary oil saw hair-count improvements comparable to 2% minoxidil over six months. Smaller studies on rosemary for alopecia areata have shown similar promise. We make no medical claims: our serum is a cosmetic, and we tell you what’s in it so you can judge for yourself.

Source: Panahi et al., Skinmed 2015, randomised comparative trial, n=100.

These studies examined rosemary oil as an ingredient, not this specific product.

The ritual

Three steps. Sixty seconds.

Consistency is the ritual — the rollerball delivers the serum straight to the scalp, so nothing is wasted on the lengths.

01

Roll

Part dry or towel-dried hair and glide the rollerball along the scalp, working section by section from the front hairline back.

02

Massage

Press the serum in with your fingertips for 60 seconds. Leave it in — overnight is ideal, or at least 6 hours before your next wash.

03

Go

Style as usual — it plays nicely under your morning routine. Apply daily for at least 3 months for best results.

Our story

One product, made properly

Scalp care is usually the first thing a routine drops. Serums end up at the back of a cupboard, treatments ask for twenty minutes you do not have, and nothing survives a busy week.

So we made one product around one habit: a sixty-second roll-on, straight to the scalp — last thing at night, or first thing in the morning. Four actives, 3% rosemary, 3% Redensyl, 2% Aminexil and 2% Anagain, in a lightweight water-based serum, vegan and silicone-free. We would rather make a single thing properly than a shelf of things badly, and we would rather tell you exactly what is in it than what it might do.
